Presage Cocktail Time watches are inspired by Japanese cocktail culture and specific drinks from the Star Bar in Tokyo’s sophisticated Ginza area – home to some of the city’s best cocktails. Each cocktail is crafted by Hisashi Kishi, the award-winning head bartender of Tokyo’s Star Bar in Ginza.The soft blue dial takes its cue from the Skydiving cocktail, which is a mix of a mix of rum, lime juice and blue curaçao. The design evokes classic cocktail bar sophistication, with a sunray-patterned dial that catches the light. Slim hands and hour markers resemble the slender stems of cocktail glasses, while a compact case gives the watch a timeless silhouette.
